Commission Meetings

Our Board of Commissioners holds regular Board meetings generally on the third Wednesday of each month. You may view upcoming meetings to the right and an archive of past meetings under the meeting archive.

The Board is authorized by the City Charter to adopt policies and take actions in the form of “resolutions” at a public meeting. Generally, all proposed resolutions and accompanying reports are included in the advance agenda and posted to this website prior to a regular meeting.

The public is invited to attend any regular meeting or work session of the Board, and public testimony is welcome at regular meetings. If you are planning on providing testimony to the Board either in person or otherwise, please see the Guidelines for Public Testimony at Board Meetings (PDF).

Commission Meeting Broadcasts & Video

Regular Board Meetings are recorded and re-broadcast by Comcast Cable on government access channel 30, typically on the Friday (1:00 p.m.) and Monday (7:00 p.m.) following the meeting. To verify these days and times, visit Portland Community Media’s online programming guide.

You may view a live stream of the meetings at our YouTube Channel, as well an an archive of meetings after July 2011. We have also provided video links in the meeting archive.
