Portland Means Progress is an initiative that provides connections for businesses to hire local underrepresented students, purchase from businesses owned by people of color and create diverse and vibrant workforce and company cultures.
Legacy Health, Prosper Portland and the City of Portland have formed a partnership to develop a vacant 1.7 acre block at Northeast Russell Street and North Williams Avenue currently owned by Legacy Health. The focus of the development is to honor Portland’s African-American community, contribute to the neighborhood’s vibrancy, and further Legacy Health’s mission of promoting health and wellness for children and families.

The revitalized building will offer a variety of spaces to create a cohesive and complementary mix of tenants.
