On December 1, the Portland Business Journal recognized Prosper Portland’s Lents Commons project as one of the year’s most transformational commercial real estate projects. The PBJ’s 2017 CRE Transformer Awards program is an annual recognition of the commercial real estate organizations that are transforming our communities for the better and building the future of the region.
Lents Commons is one of four significant projects nearing completion in the Lents Town Center. In collaboration with the Portland Housing Bureau, it offers 54 units of mixed-income housing and approximately 7,500 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.
