Commercial Property Loans
For building owners: we offer a variety of commercial property loans for predevelopment, tenant improvements, property acquisition, and clean energy upgrades. We offer flexible underwriting and can assist businesses that might not otherwise qualify for a bank or credit union loan. Our experienced lending team is available to answer questions.
Small Business Loans
For small business owners: we offer loans for a variety of business needs. We offer flexible underwriting and can assist small businesses that might not otherwise qualify for a bank or credit union loan. Everyone is welcome to apply if they meet basic eligibility requirements. Our experienced lending team is available to answer questions.

Local Small Business Expanded Repair/Restore Grants
Provides funding to small businesses that have sustained physical and economic damage due to break-ins and vandalism
Affordable Commercial Tenanting Grant
Provides funding to property owners and small business owners who are in the process of negotiating a lease. Grant funds may be used for tenant improvements, space-related soft costs, and permitting support to ready space to open for business.
