• 1st Place Hospitality – AC Marriot (Mortenson Development/Sage/McWhinney and Mortenson Construction)
• 1st Place Office – The Fair-Haired Dumbbell (Guerrilla Development and Anderson Construction)
• 3rd Place Multifamily – 38 Davis (Gerding Edlen and Anderson Construction)
