Neighborhood Prosperity Initiative TIF Districts

The Neighborhood Prosperity Initiative TIF Districts were designed to foster economic opportunity and vitality throughout Portland neighborhoods. Through grants, training, and support from Prosper Portland, each Network organization was responsible for planning and implementing projects to improve local commercial districts.

    Local Small Business Expanded Repair/Restore Grants

    Provides funding to small businesses that have sustained physical and economic damage due to break-ins and vandalism

  • Coffee Shop owner

    Affordable Commercial Tenanting Grant

    Provides funding to property owners and small business owners who are in the process of negotiating a lease. Grant funds may be used for tenant improvements, space-related soft costs, and permitting support to ready space to open for business.
