Thirty-one small businesses impacted since mid-January by the COVID-19 pandemic were selected for grants of up to $10,000.

On March 18, Prosper Portland announced a partnership with Asian Pacific American Network of Oregon (APANO) and Jade District Neighborhood Prosperity Network to provide financial relief to impacted businesses.

Prosper Portland provided $150,000 to APANO for grants to help businesses that have been impacted the most in the COVID-19 crisis, with specific emphasis on businesses with Asian/Pacific Islander (API) ownership.

APANO and the Jade District acted quickly and on March 27 announced the recipients of the grant.
