An opportunity to meet representatives of Lynd Development Company, the selected developer of the Centennial Mills property along the northwest Portland waterfront, drew close to 100 interested residents on Tuesday, June 19 at the Prosper Portland office. The event also offered Lynd a chance to hear from the community about its interests and priorities for the site.
The company has proposed a mixed-use development concept that would include two new buildings with approximately 400 residential units meeting on-site Inclusionary Housing requirements together with preservation and renovation of the existing Flour Mill. Prosper Portland is currently negotiating with the company on a binding development and disposition agreement.
