Prosper Portland offers a range of grants that support small businesses, non-profits, community organizations, commercial tenants and property owners, and event and film production

  • Local Small Business Expanded Repair/Restore Grants

    Provides funding to small businesses that have sustained physical and economic damage due to break-ins and vandalism

  • Affordable Commercial Tenanting Grant

    Provides funding to property owners and small business owners who are in the process of negotiating a lease. Grant funds may be used for tenant improvements, space-related soft costs, and permitting support to ready space to open for business.

  • Community Livability Grant (CLG)

    Opening Spring 2026. For community-based organizations.

  • Reimagine Oregon Economic Opportunity Investment Fund Grant

    Grant cycle opens in Spring 2026. Focuses on economic and business development for those disproportionately affected by the cannabis prohibition.

  • Prosperity Investment Program (PIP)

    Offers a matching grant that helps businesses and property owners make tenant improvements and small and large-scale improvements to new and existing buildings

  • Manufacturing Business and Workforce Retention Grant Pilot

    A competitive grant pilot to support Portland manufacturers with workforce training investments
