Notice of Subcommittee Meeting: 10% Flexible Allocation

At the November 19 meeting of the Cully TIF Community Leadership Committee (CLC), co-chairs requested subcommittees be convened to discuss three outstanding topics and make recommendations to the full CLC for discussion at their December 10 meeting. 

This subcommittee will discuss how to allocate the 10% portion of the budget that is discretionary.  For each Action Plan, 45% of funds must go to affordable housing and 45% must go to economic and urban development.  How the remainder is allocated is at the discretion of the CLC.
