Prosper Portland awards FY 2025-26 Community Livability Grants

July 30, 2025
Prosper Portland has awarded Community Livability Grants to 12 projects in three Tax Increment Finance (TIF) districts for Fiscal Year 2025-26.
Using $1.05 million in available funding in the Gateway Regional Center, Interstate Corridor, and North Macadam TIF districts, these projects will leverage an additional $1.73 million in private investment.
The Community Livability Grant program provides funding to community-based organizations for projects that promote healthy, complete, and resilient neighborhoods and respond to and respect the diversity of its residents in line with each district’s action plan.
The evaluation committees for each area included representatives from community organizations, neighborhood and business associations, and non-profit organizations as well as individual business owners and Prosper Portland staff.
This year, 24 grant proposals were received and 12 grants were awarded for the three TIF districts – two in Gateway Regional Center, six in Interstate Corridor, and four in North Macadam.
Since 2006, Prosper Portland has awarded more than $16.2 million to 276 community livability projects across multiple neighborhoods and TIF districts.
