Portland Union Station

Portland’s Union Station is the oldest major passenger terminal on the West Coast. Construction began in 1890 and opened for service in 1896. The station has been in continuous operations ever since. Embellished with designs in terra cotta and moulded brick, the building is a regional landmark and a cherished contributor to the city’s skyline.
