Lloyd-Holladay Relocation Grant
The Lloyd-Holladay Relocation Grant is a limited time grant program developed to support Lloyd Center Mall tenants, activate vacant store fronts, and drive foot traffic in the Lloyd-Holladay TIF District by providing funding for moving expenses and tenant improvements.
Who is the grant for?
This grant is for businesses and up to two nonprofits looking to locate in a ground floor commercial space in the Lloyd-Holladay TIF District. The grant seeks to:
- Retain and grow existing businesses in the district (such as tenants of the Lloyd Center Mall);
- Activate ground floor spaces and increase foot traffic; and
- Support small businesses moving into new storefronts.
Prior to September 1, 2026, the business or nonprofit must be a Lloyd Center Mall tenant relocating to another location in the district. After that date, any remaining grant funds will be available for any business or nonprofits looking to locate or relocate into a ground floor space in the district.
Any applications from businesses or nonprofits that are not Lloyd Center tenants will be denied through September 1, 2026. Businesses or nonprofits may reapply after that date if the grant is still open with available funds at that time.
