Prosper Portland’s Peer to Peer program for the athletic and outdoor industry received accolades recently in the form of a Bronze Award for Excellence in Economic Development from the International Economic Development Council (IEDC).

Sue Bal, the agency’s liaison to the A&O industry, accepted the award at a special ceremony on Tuesday, October 2 during the 2018 IEDC Annual Conference in Atlanta, Georgia. The Peer to Peer program cultivates new firms into competitive players in the A&O industry, fosters community, and provides essential support to the entrepreneurship ecosystem that thrives in Portland.
