Help Shape Investments in the Central City – Take the Action Plan Survey

In October 2024, City Council approved three new Tax Increment Finance (TIF) districts in the Central City: Central Eastside Corridor, Lloyd-Holladay, and Westside.
TIF districts use a portion of existing property taxes to reinvest in the district to spur economic growth and job creation, as well as supporting a range of affordable housing options. The first step in implementing these new TIF districts is by creating Action Plans in coordination with community stakeholders to identify how to spend resources over the next five years. Resources grow over time and are more limited in the initial years of the district.
If you live, work, visit, or play in one of these TIF districts, we want to hear your perspective! Please complete this survey by Sunday, August 17.
