N/NE Community Development Initiative Action Plan Update

The North/Northeast Community Development Initiative (N/NE CDI) Action Plan was developed in 2017 to guide Prosper Portland’s investment of $32 million in Tax Increment Financing resources for economic development in the Interstate Corridor.

The Action Plan is focused on 5 goals:
