- Revised CLC Draft Action Plan – December 19, 2025 – December 19 draft Action Plan, revised per Community Leadership Committee guidance to date. There are still two key issues, the affordable housing set aside priorities and the additional criteria for funding, that will need to be finalized and voted on by the CLC prior to a final vote on the full Action Plan, as amended. All of three of these votes are expected to occur at the January 7 meeting.
