Join a growing network of local businesses, representing more than 40,000 employees, committed to a more inclusive economy in Portland.

Portland Means Progress is a city-wide initiative that provides connections for businesses to hire local underrepresented students and young professionals, purchase intentionally from local businesses and create diverse and vibrant workforce and company cultures. The goal is to connect businesses to existing programming that supports social impact, creating a pipeline for private-sector engagement.
