Project Details

Lents 92H is a new multi-phase housing development located along SE 92nd Avenue in East Portland. The project seeks to support neighborhood growth through a mix of housing options and ground-level uses that contribute to the surrounding streetscape

The first phase of Lents 92H includes 171 residential units across two buildings, with ground floor commercial space, shared amenities, and a central landscaped green space to encourage interaction among residents. The main five-story building fronts SE 92nd Avenue and includes a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, as well as some elevated residential units designed to create a more active and welcoming street frontage. A separate building accessed from SE Ellis Street will house long-term bike storage for residents. This phase is supported by a combination of public and private funding, totaling $50.4 million.

The design of the site responds to its location and context, incorporating outdoor gathering areas, enhanced pedestrian visibility, and a focus on durable materials. Commercial spaces at the building’s two corners and a lobby fronting SE 92nd Avenue are intended to activate the street and contribute to a more walkable environment. Phase 2 of the project will add 48 more residential units on a nearby parcel adjacent to the I-205 multi-use path.
