Yes, you can still apply. In the application we will ask you to self-select or “attest” as to whether you serve or have been either socially or economically disadvantaged and disproportionately affected by cannabis prohibition to help us understand more about the business or organization applying.
On the website within the “Selection Process” section – we have shared a list of criteria we will use to evaluate proposals. The impact of the cannabis prohibition is one of those factors we will consider however it is not the only factor we evaluate for award decisions.
