Cully TIF District Community Leadership Committee

Prosper Portland, the Portland Housing Bureau and Living Cully are hosting the inaugural meeting of the Cully TIF District Community Leadership Committee.
An Exploration Leadership Committee, made up of community-based organizations and Cully residents, Prosper Portland, and the Portland Housing Bureau co-created a Cully Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District Plan which was adopted by City Council in November 2022. The plan envisioned a community governance body to lead development of five-year Action Plans, and to hold Prosper Portland and the City accountable for implementation of the District Plan. This new public body, the Cully Community Leadership Committee, was appointed by City Council in the fall of 2023.
The agenda will include a welcome and introductions; a discussion of available, supporting resources and materials; a Cully TIF District overview; and an introduction to Action Planning. Meetings are held monthly.
