Cully TIF District: Community Leadership Committee Meeting

The monthly meeting of the Cully Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District Community Leadership Committee will be held on January 7, from 6-8 pm at the NAYA Offices (4636 NE 42nd Avenue).   

The public is welcome to attend and provide public comment in person, or virtually on Zoom.

1. Roll Call & Icebreaker, Guiding Agreements 
2. Confirm November & December Meeting Minutes 
3. VOTE: Affordable Housing Priority Allocations 
   At the December meeting, CLC members expressed interest in allocating additional set aside money to land acquisition for future affordable housing development, but more work was needed to identify which priorities these funds would be drawn from 
4. VOTE: Eligibility Criteria
   Discuss and confirm language updated by staff with prior guidance from CLC 
5. VOTE: Recommend the Cully TIF District Action Plan (as amended by prior votes) for consideration by the Prosper Portland Board and Cit Council  
6. Public Comment
