The Lents Grown Business Seminar Series kicked off on January 27 and continues on the last Wednesday of the month in March and May from 7:30 a.m – 9:00 a.m. Hosted by Lents Grown in partnership with Albina Community Bank and PDC, the series of business workshops began with advice on gaining access to capital. Later events will cover Internet marketing and offer opportunities for business networking.
PDC has named four development teams to move forward with negotiations and timelines for several PDC-owned properties in Lents. The teams responded to a Request for Interest issued by PDC in early October; their selection was based on recommendations by an evaluation committee comprised of neighborhood stakeholders and PDC staff. PDC announced the four teams and their proposals at the Lents Neighborhood Association meeting on Tuesday, January 27.
