Francesca Gambetti is Partner/Project Manager for Shiels Obletz Johnsen, Inc. Since joining SOJ in 1998, Francesca has been involved in a variety of nonprofit, public and private projects including civic facilities, housing, school, transportation, and mixed‐use development, with a focus on getting projects from concept through construction. She is adept at conducting feasibility analyses, building detailed project budgets, facilitating site selection processes, structuring and obtaining financing, obtaining public approvals, creating project schedules, assembling and managing project teams, and managing all aspects of the design and construction process.
Francesca has served on an array of local Boards and is currently a Volunteer with the Bridger School and the co-founder of Scrubby Notebooks. She holds a Masters of City Planning, U.C. Berkeley, 1998 and a B.A. from Yale University, 1994. She was appointed to the Prosper Portland Board of Commissioners on August 9, 2017.
