Five years ago PDC launched the Neighborhood Prosperity Initiative and our partnership with the Rosewood Initiative, providing general operating support and staff time. On Thursday, November 17, Mayor Charlie Hales joined PDC Project Manager Dana DeKlyen and nearly 200 community supporters to kick off the remodeling of the Rosewood Community Center, the latest milestone in the neighborhood’s work to make Rosewood a healthy, safe, prosperous community.
PDC is a proud investor in this project, which will reconfigure the Center’s space to improve programming, offer simultaneous classes and programs, and bring more people into the Center.
