PDC’s Community Livability Grant program is funding long-term improvements to an area of Old Town/Chinatown that has become a lively public space in one of the city’s oldest neighborhoods. The CLG grant, awarded in FY 2014-15 to the Ankeny Alley Association, is intended to improve the usability of Ankeny Alley and a public plaza, supporting work by the community and the Portland Bureau of Transportation to transform the streets between SW 2nd and 3rd avenues.
