WHAT: Mayor Adams and other speakers will announce agreements that ensure the long-term viability of the Veterans Memorial Coliseum, and position the Portland Development Commission as the developer of publicly-owned Rose Quarter properties. Ordinances will be heard by City Council on Thursday, November 29, 3:30 p.m.
