Zoiglhaus

The concept of a community brewhouse inspired ZHaus LLC to partner with Prosper Portland to revitalize a vacant building in the heart of the Lents Town Center. The Zoiglhaus project renovated the space into a brewery, pub, and full-service restaurant centered on family-friendly entertainment, German style beer, and quality food, marking a significant step toward implementing the Lents Five-Year Action Plan.

Prosper Portland leased the 25,000 square foot Bakery Blocks Building at 5716 SE 92nd Avenue in 2014 to Z Haus, a locally owned startup with extensive brewing and business management experience.  Prosper Portland’s loans for tenant improvements and working capital leveraged more than $700,000 in private investment and catalyzed further investment in Lents Town Center.
