The Osprey Apartments
Privately developed housing in South Waterfront responds to the area’s continued growth, providing much-needed options for residential units. Completed in 2016, the Osprey Apartments (Block 37) added 270 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom, along with ground floor retail spaces and pedestrian plazas fronting the river.
This six-story building balances high-density, transit-oriented urban living with abundant open space and outdoor amenities. The Osprey is owned by Mack Urban and was designed by local firm GBD Architects and built by Andersen Construction.
