Small Business Stabilization Restore Grant

The Restore Grant Program supports Portland small businesses with expenses related to vandalism and break-ins such as security and prevention installations, insurance premium increases, interior repairs and inventory/equipment loss, with reimbursements up to $25,000 for eligible expenses.

Local Small Business Repair Grant

The Repair Grant Program supports Portland small businesses experiencing exterior damages to storefronts with reimbursements up to $10,000 for eligible repairs.

Portland Small Business Relief Fund

City Council allocated $15 million in federal CARES Act relief to Prosper Portland to distribute to small business via the Small Business Relief Fund and block grants to community nonprofits.
