Located at SE Foster Road and SE 91st Avenue, the Asian Health and Service Center is a 30,000 square foot commercial building that houses the AHSC office, community and clinic services, and an event space. The project includes a rooftop garden and on-site parking.
The Asian Health & Service Center is one of four key developments that collectively deliver on long-held community goals for in the Lents Town Center to create an active, safe and accessible town center. It is an anchor and valuable asset to the Lents neighborhood, providing culturally specific, holistic healthcare, childcare, social interaction and resources to the community. The project broke ground in April 2017 and celebrated a grand opening in August 2018.
