PDC has launched a pilot revolving loan fund in partnership with Micro Enterprise Services of Oregon (MESO) to provide mini-micro loans in the range of $100-$2,500 to low-income and minority micro and small business owners. The loan is intended to provide access to capital for traditionally underserved businesses and to create credit building opportunities for businesses with no or poor credit.
The pilot is part of PDC’s Microenterprise & Small Business Development Program, which serves approximately 500 businesses each with technical assistance and training provided by our non-profit organizational partners to create, grow and strengthen micro and small businesses. Businesses may also receive business legal services, credit coaching, and access to market research.
