Each year the Urban Land Institute Daniel Rose Center fellowship gives four cities the chance to study and discuss a land-use challenge with visiting experts. This year, Portland is one of those cities, and as part of the program PDC Executive Director Patrick Quinton headed to Indianapolis in February to assist with that city’s challenge.
