PDC welcomed a broad cross-section of diverse entrepreneurs, small business owners, and community partners on January 19 at Pensole Footwear Design Academy in Old Town/Chinatown to celebrate new starts for three PDC entrepreneurship programs. The group welcomed the six winning startups from the 2015 Startup PDX Challenge, who moved into their free space in early January; kicked off Project Increase, a new program to grow Portland minority-owned small businesses; and met the team chosen to launch the Inclusive Startup Fund.
