Oregon Story Board, a unique nonprofit that supports the emerging digital storytelling industry, has had a year of positive growth and exciting changes. PDC’s Shelley Midthun, who manages the Portland Film Office, took on an additional role with the organization recently, and provided an update in the Portland Business Journal on OSB’s new programming for skills in augmented and virtual reality.
