Thanks to a PDC Community Livability Grant, the Humboldt Neighborhood Association is giving Albina Green a fresh new look, with support from the Northeast Coalition of Neighborhoods. At an April 14 community get-together at the park, neighbors had a chance to hear more about the plans, which include an ADA-accessible space for performances, picnics and events, removal of fencing, and landscape improvements.
