A multi-story, mixed income housing project from Rose CDC will now join three other developments in the Lents Town Center to spark transformative change in the area.
The Rose CDC project met PDC board approval on November 18, following previous approvals of the Asian Health & Service Center, a housing and commercial retail building from Williams/Dame and Associates, and a mixed-use project from Palindrome Communities.
PDC’s Peak Democracy Town Hall website offered the public an opportunity to weigh in on desired amenities and public space improvements to accompany the projects, and drew nearly 200 responses.
