The monthly meeting of the Cully Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District Community Leadership Committee will be held on April 23, from 6-8 pm at the NAYA Offices (4636 NE 42nd Avenue).
The public is welcome to attend and provide public comment in person, or virtually on Zoom.
This meeting will focus on preparing committee members to engage in Action Planning work related to commercial and economic development. Agenda items will include:
- Highlights of local market trends
- Discussion and guidance on Action Plan engagement needs and approach
