The Division Midway Alliance, a member of PDC’s Neighborhood Prosperity Initiative (NPI) and Main Street Network, celebrated its Festival of Nations on Saturday, September 17 at SE 122nd and Division, with a full roster of small and local business vendors, entertainment and food representing countries around the world. The Alliance actively works to create a more prosperous area, improve its public image, foster public safety, and improve the lives and vitality of businesses and residents all over southeast Portland.
