City celebrates opening of Tilikum Crossing and Orange Line

Saturday, September 12 marked the opening of the long-awaited Orange Line and Tilikum Crossing – Bridge of the People, the only bridge of its kind in the U.S. PDC’s $10 million contribution facilitated completion of the project.
