Authentic Leadership course in Spanish draws 22 businesses

On Monday and Tuesday, September 21-22, PDC hosted nearly two dozen businesses for Liderazgo Autentico (Authentic Leadership), a two-day Spanish-language workshop designed to guide small business owners in transformative leadership development and self-empowerment.

Led by Hacienda CDC board member/consultant Valentina Orantes and life coach Gabriel Uribe Rodriguez, the course included artwork/creative stretch, goal setting, and personal testimonies. PDC was pleased to sponsor attendance for 13 businesses currently enrolled in the Microenterprise and Small Business Development Program. Participants ranged from food cart owners at the Portland Mercado to Autentica restaurant to furniture makers.
